Terms of service - Invoicing
Thank you for considering our services. Below are the terms and conditions regarding payment of invoices:
Payment of invoices is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
Late payment fees will be added to any unpaid invoices after the 7-day period has elapsed.
The late payment fee will be $5 per day for each day the payment is overdue.
In the event that payment is not received after 30 days, the account will be referred to a debt collection agency and all associated costs will be added to the outstanding amount.
If there are any queries regarding an invoice, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.
